The Role Set up and operate CNC machines Provide guidance and support to less experienced operators when required. Manufacture and inspect first-off components, ensuring full compliance with specifications. Identify non-conforming parts, accurately record defects and promptly report issues. Contribute to lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain a clean and organised work environment by following 6S standards and carrying out Total Preventative Maintenance (TPM).
