Talent Link Recruitment is currently recruiting for a CNC Operator We are seeking an experienced CNC Operator to join our client s growing team on a temp-to-perm basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled CNC Operator to secure a long-term position within a well-established and fast-paced manufacturing environment. The successful CNC Operator must have proven experience operating both Pacer and AXYZ flatbed CNC machines, as this is essential for the role. Key Responsibilities: Operating Pacer and AXYZ flatbed CNC machines Checking, running, and actioning programmes including DXF files Creating and editing cut files (advantageous) Machining materials such as MDF, acrylic, and composites Planning and organising your own workload effectively Working collaboratively with other departments and line managers Maintaining a clean and organised workspace Adhering to all health and safety procedures As a CNC Operator, you will be expected to work independently, manage your time efficiently, and consistently produce high-quality work. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years experience as a CNC Operator Previous CNC Operator experience is essential Experience with Pacer and AXYZ machines is highly desirable Ability to work unsupervised and take initiative A forklift licence is an advantage Flexibility to work overtime when required This CNC Operator role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
