Attention to detail and experience of working to exact measurements is essential.  You will work within a small team operating cnc machinery including 3 axis CNC Milling, high speed spindle polishers, single point diamond turning machines and twin lap polishing machines to manufacture a wide range of precision optics. Working in more of a lab environment, this is not a standard factory settling.
