This is a permanent opportunity with a well-established precision engineering business supplying high-quality components into aerospace, automotive, oil and gas, nuclear and general engineering. You will join a modern machine shop, setting and operating 5-axis machining centres to manufacture precision components to tight tolerances and high quality standards. The day-to-day responsibilities of this role include: Setting and operating 5-axis machining centres Working with Mazak Integrex and DMG Mori machines Producing precision components from engineering drawings Selecting tooling and workholding equipment Carrying out in-process quality checks Working to tight tolerances and maintaining high standards of workmanship Following ISO 9001, AS9100 and Health and Safety requirements The Person: Experience setting and operating 5-axis CNC machines Experience with Mazak Integrex or DMG Mori is advantageous Ability to read and ..... full job details .....
