CNC Machine Operator / Setter Annual Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 Location: Redhill, RH1 Job Type: Permanent, Full Time We are seeking a CNC Machine Operator / Setter to join a well-established engineering and manufacturing business. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for manufacturing who is eager to develop their skills in a modern production environment. Due to our location, access to your own vehicle is necessary, with free onsite parking available. Day-to-day of the role: Prepare and operate CNC machines for various machining processes including drilling, milling, and turning. Load raw materials and components into machines. Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet technical and quality standards. Perform de-burring and cleaning of finished parts as required. Empty swarf trays and maintain a clean and organised work area. Adhere to company procedures, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and health and safety guidelines at all times. Work collaboratively with colleagues to foster a positive team environment. Required Skills and Qualifications: Previous experience in CNC machining is desirable but not essential. Team-oriented with a strong safety-conscious mindset. A passion for manufacturing and engineering. Willingness to undertake further training and development.
