The Role We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated CNC Programmer, Setter, and Operator to take ownership of precision turning projects. Working largely on your own initiative within our small-batch production workflow, you will turn rough castings into high-precision finished components to tight geometric and dimensional tolerances. Key Responsibilities: Programming, setting, and operating CNC turning machines. Producing high-precision parts from engineering drawings in small batch runs and bespoke short production. Performing full dimensional self-inspection using standard mechanical metrology and measuring equipment.
