As a CNC Operator in Redditch, you will join a manufacturing firm with a strong order book and ongoing expansion plans through 2026. Operating 4 and 5 axis machinery, you will produce components for aerospace, automotive, and defence sectors. Your duties include quality checking your own output and adhering to health and safety protocols. This full-time position offers various shifts: Monday to Friday days, weekend days, or nights. The role comes with a salary of £30,000 to £36,000 per annum, plus a structured training and development plan to support your professional growth. This is an immediate requirement based in Redditch.

There is an immediate requirement for a CNC Operator to join a successful, Redditch based manufacturing company, various shifts on offer.

As a CNC Operator your responsibilities will include:
Producing components for various industries including aerospace, automotive and defence
Operating 4 and 5 axis CNC machines
Quality control measures of your own work
Following all health and safety policies and procedures
The ideal CNC Operator will have the following skills and experience:
Operating experience with CNC milling machining centres
Knowledge of Fanuc or Mazatrol controls would be advantageous
Ability to check components with gauges and measuring equipment
A positive attitude towards work, development and team working
