CNC Operator / CNC Programmer Department: Manufacturing Reports To: Production Manager Salary: 45,000 - 55,000 (Depending on Experience) About the Company Simon Acres Recruitment are working on behalf of an established bespoke joinery and furniture manufacturer seeking an experienced CNC Operator / CNC Programmer to join their growing manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a highly skilled business producing premium bespoke joinery and furniture for both residential and commercial projects. The Role The CNC Operator / Programmer will be responsible for the safe, accurate and efficient operation of CNC woodworking machinery, ensuring the manufacture of high-quality bespoke joinery components in line with approved production drawings, CNC programmes and technical specifications. Working closely with the Design, CNC Programming, Bench Joinery and Production teams, you will play a key role in delivering bespoke projects to the highest standards while maintaining productivity, quality and safety throughout the manufacturing process. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining machinery, carrying out quality inspections, supporting continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring excellent housekeeping standards within the CNC department.
