Commutable from: Coventry, Hinckley, Bedworth, Rugby, Leicester
Salary: -30,000 + 12.5% Shift Allowance
Contract: Fixed-Term (until end of the year, potential to go permanent)
Shifts: Rotating
Week 1: 06:00 - 14:00
Week 2: 14:00 - 22:00

The Role

• Operate CNC milling machines (3 & 5 axis)
• Work with Heidenhain, Siemens, or Fanuc controls
• Load/unload components and monitor machining
• Carry out basic edits and offsets (desirable)
• Machine metals and composite materials
• Produce low volume, bespoke components
• Work to tight tolerances and quality standards
• Support continuous improvement

About You

• CNC milling experience within manufacturing
• Exposure to 3-axis and/or 5-axis machines
• Familiar with Heidenhain, Siemens, or Fanuc
• Able to read engineering drawings
• Good attention to detail
• Team player with a proactive approach
• Willing to learn and develop
