CNC Operator –Manual Milling Experience 
Pay: Up to £19 per hour (depending on experience)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 16:00
Location: Marston Green
We are currently recruiting for an experienced CNC Operator with strong milling experience to join a precision engineering environment. This role is ideal for a skilled individual who takes pride in quality, accuracy, and safe working practices.
Key Responsibilities:

• Operating manual milling machines to produce high-precision components
• Setting up and adjusting machinery and tooling where required
• Monitoring machining processes to ensure parts meet specification
• Carrying out in-process inspection using measuring equipment such as verniers, micrometers, and gauges
• Making manual adjustments to maintain tight tolerances and accuracy
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications
• Ensuring machines operate efficiently with minimal downtime
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organised working area
• Adhering to all health & safety and quality procedures
