Working as part of an established 10-person production team, the successful candidate will be responsible for setting and operating CNC lathes and milling machines to manufacture precision components in line with engineering drawings and quality standards. The company operates both CNC lathes and CNC milling machines, including fourth-axis machinery. Experience using Fanuc controls is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities Set and operate CNC lathes and milling machines. Operate fourth-axis CNC machinery where required. Experience of using Fanuc controls. Read and interpret detailed engineering drawings and 2D CAD drawings. Select suitable tooling, speeds and feeds. Manufacture high- and low-value metal and plastic components. Produce components to tight tolerances, potentially up to -0.005 mm. Carry out first-off inspections and in-process quality checks.
