      <description>Location: Sturminster Newton | Salary: &amp;pound;35000 - &amp;pound;38000/annum | Type: Permanent | Role:  CNC Operator Machinist   Location:  Sturminster Newton   Salary:  Up to -38,000 depending on experience     We are currently recruiting for an experienced  CNC Operator Machinist  to join an established and growing precision engineering business based in Sturminster Newton.     The company specialises in the manufacture of high-precision components, working from prototypes and short batches through to larger volume production. The machining facility includes modern CNC turning and milling equipment, twin-spindle and multi-axis machinery.      Responsibilities include:    Operating CNC turning and/or milling machinery.  Setting and operating machines to produce precision components.  Loading and unloading components and monitoring production.  Selecting and changing tooling where required.  Carrying out in-process inspection and quality checks.  Reading and working from engineering drawings.  Using a range of measuring equipment to ensure components meet specification.
