They are looking for a CNC Operator to join their production team in Stonehouse, supporting efficient manufacturing operations and ensuring components are produced accurately and consistently. The Role As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating CNC machinery within the machine shop, ensuring production targets are achieved while maintaining high standards of quality, safety and efficiency. Working alongside CNC Setters, Charge Hands and the wider production team, you will help minimise component scrap, identify production issues and ensure all work is completed in line with engineering drawings and company procedures.
