The annul salary will start at just over £29,500 per annum while you are training on day shifts, but when you move onto rotating shifts your salary could be between £32,500 - £36,000 per annum (DOE). Overtime is regularly available and is paid at T1/3 after 39 hours, and T1/2 after 48 hours, this business also offers a £2,000 new starter incentive bonus which is a staggered payment (£200 after the first month, £800 once you''ve passed probation and the final £1,000 to be paid after 12 months service).
