CNC Operator West Midlands (On-site) 35,000 - 45,000 per year (depending on experience) Monday - Friday Flexible shifts: 7am - 3pm OR 3pm - 1am We are looking for an experienced CNC Cutter Grinder to join a well-established and supportive manufacturing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a skilled group of 18 CNC professionals, within a wider team of 28, where progression and development are encouraged. The Role As a CNC Cutter Grinder, you''ll play a key role in the production of both standard and bespoke precision cutting tools. Your responsibilities will include: Setting, programming and operating CNC grinding machines (Walter, Rollomatic or ANCA). Producing tools to a high level of accuracy and precision. Reading and working from technical drawings and specifications. Inspecting and measuring completed tools using both standard and advanced measuring equipment. Troubleshooting machine and tooling issues to minimise downtime. Maintaining a safe, clean and efficient work environment. What We''re Looking For We''re seeking someone who can hit the ground running with experience in CNC cutter grinding. The ideal candidate will have: Proven experience on Walter, ANCA or Rollomatic CNC grinding machines. Strong technical ability in setting and machine operation. High attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team. Commitment to health and safety standards.
