Job Title: CNC OperatorLocation: Dungannon, County TyroneDuration: Permanent Pay Rate: Circa 15- 16 per hourWe are currently recruiting for CNC Operators to join a well-established and growing precision engineering company based in Dungannon. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced machine operator looking to work with high-specification equipment in a modern manufacturing environment.The successful candidate will be responsible for operating CNC milling machinery, producing high-quality machined components, and ensuring production targets and quality standards are consistently achieved.Key Responsibilities: Read and accurately interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications. Set up and operate CNC milling machinery to manufacture components to precise tolerances. Carry out in-process inspections and quality checks in accordance with company quality procedures. Monitor machine performance and report any issues to the Team Leader. Conduct daily machine checks and basic maintenance to ensure optimum performance. Work flexibly to support production requirements and business needs.Essential Criteria: Previous experience in a CNC Operator or similar manufacturing role. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.Desirable Criteria: 3+ years'' experience operating CNC machinery.
