CNC Operator

We are looking for an experienced CNC Operative to join a leading bespoke textile manufacturing company based in Eastbourne on a temporary to permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CNC operative looking to develop their skills within a busy and growing manufacturing environment. Duties will include: Operating CNC textile cutting machines efficiently and safely Producing high-quality cut materials in line with customer specifications Carrying out quality checks and ensuring attention to detail at all times Working closely with production and other departments to meet deadlines Monitoring machine performance and reporting any issues Maintaining a clean and organised working environment Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the department The ideal candidate will have previous experience operating CNC machinery, excellent attention to detail, and a proactive attitude towards improving processes and productivity. The pay rate for this role is £13.50 per hour, with the opportunity to secure a permanent position following a successful temporary period.
