In this role, you''ll be responsible for operating a range of CNC equipment to manufacture precision components, ensuring spindle time is maximised and output meets strict quality expectations. Key Responsibilities Set and operate high-speed CNC machines to carry out milling, drilling, tapping, grinding and related machining tasks. Support wider machine shop operations through safe use and supervision of additional equipment. Ensure all tooling, fixtures and CNC programmes are prepared and available prior to production. Maintain accurate production records, including component quantities and scrap levels. Uphold high standards of quality across all machined parts.
