Job Title: CNC Operator
Location: Wickford
Job Type: Contract - 3 months - likely extension
Pay: £16.50–£20.00 per hour (PAYE), £22-£26 per hour (Umbrella)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:15pm

We are looking for an experienced CNC Operator to join a manufacturing team in Wickford.

Key Duties of the CNC Operator 

• Operating CNC machines
• Working from engineering drawings
• Preparing tools and checking materials
• Deburring components and completing job sheets
• Daily machine checks and basic maintenance
• Keeping the work area clean and safe
• Following company quality and health & safety procedures

Requirements of the CNC Operator 

• CNC experience (Fanuc/Siemens/Heidenhain)
• Good knowledge of tools, machinery and materials
• Able to work to deadlines
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Own tools required

Desirable

• Experience in automation, automotive, aerospace, pneumatics, inspection, or similar environments
