• Operating CNC machinery to produce steel and metal components
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings
• Inspecting your own work to ensure accuracy and quality
• Working closely with setters and programmers to optimise output
• Maintaining a safe and tidy work area
• Supporting other areas of production when required

As CNC Operator, your experience will include:

• Previous CNC operating experience in a manufacturing or engineering setting
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
• Experience working with steel or metal components (desirable)
• Willingness to work shifts or flexible hours if required
