CNC Miller PermanentDependent on experienceNights - Monday - Thursday 19:00 - 04:00 - Friday 14:30 - 19:30- Basildon CNC Miller Job DescriptionSet and operate CNC milling machines (minimum 3 Axis).Read and understand CNC code to the level required for machine set up and operation.Set up machines with the required work holding and toolingComplete machining operations efficiently in accordance with Job Card instructionsUse and control of CNC programs in accordance with relevant procedures.Machine high precision metal components for the aerospace industry. CNC Miller Essential Experience/Skills/QualificationsExperience setting and operating CNC milling machines (3 Axis minimum).Experience machining high precision metal components within highly regulated industries (e.g. aerospace, automotive, nuclear).Must have experience working with metals and tight tolerancesAbility to work autonomously, with a positive and proactive attitude.Ability to pass a DBS check.
