CNC Mill/Turn Aerospace Engineering Shifts: Day and Night Shift Opportunities Available Looking for both a programmer and a setter operator Location: Poole, Dorset Rate: £17.00 £21 per hour depending on shift and specific role Night Shift Premium: 30% Enhancement An established aerospace engineering manufacturer in Poole is looking for an experienced CNC Mill/Turn Setter Operator and a programmer setter operator to join its skilled machining team. Opportunities are available on both day and night shifts. This position is ideal for a fully skilled machinist with experience operating CNC mill/turn lathes using FANUC controls within a precision engineering environment. The Role As a CNC Mill/Turn Operator, you will be responsible for: Setting and operating CNC mill/turn machines using FANUC controls Programming wioth Fanuc for the programming role Producing precision-engineered aerospace components to tight tolerances Working from detailed engineering drawings and specifications Carrying out in-process inspection and self-inspection of components Ensuring all work meets SPC and quality standards Maintaining a clean and organised working environment in line with 5S/5C principles Working independently while maintaining high levels of accuracy and consistency About You To be considered for this role, you should have: A recognised apprenticeship in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Proven CNC machining experience within a precision engineering environment Strong experience ..... full job details .....
