Due to investment and exciting future plans they are now expanding their operations in Leicester, by adding new engineers and moving into a new larger premisesThe Role Working on 3 axis CNC Milling Machines producing parts to tight tolerancesProgramming from Drawings Online using Fanuc ControllersLoading pre-existing programs and ensuring set ups are accurate and offsetsEnsure all tooling is correct and fit for purposeChecking first offs ensuring batches are manufactured correctlyEnsuring all job cards and paperwork are completed per operation About You Preferably be apprentice trained CandG/NVQAble to interpret engineering drawings and programHave expert knowledge of Fanuc controller and G codesBe able to set and operate machine tools (Haas)Ideally have experience of CNC Turning (not essential)Be able to use a micrometer, callipers and other measurement tools Your Reward Excellent starting salary with annual pay increasesAnnual bonuses (up to 10%)Enhanced holiday entitlement daysAbove market rate overtime rates If ..... full job details .....
