You should be an experienced programmer setter operator capable of hitting the ground running, able to understand engineering drawings and be familiar with 5 axis mazak CNC Mills (mazatrol). The work is varied to include various metals, runs sizes and complexity. As you would expect basic inspection skills are required. Starting salary dependant on experience.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in setting up and operating CNC milling machines, with a focus on precision and efficiency.Responsibilities:Program set up and operate Mazak CNC milling machines to produce high-quality componentsRead and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine machining requirementsMonitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to ensure quality and accuracyInspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standardsMaintain a clean and organised work areaRequirements:Proven experience as a CNC MillerStrong understanding of machining processes and techniquesAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprintsExcellent attention to detail and precisionStrong problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamGood communication skillsThis is one of a few CNC Milling and Turning roles we have in the area.This is a permanent job and starting salary is dependant on experience.
