This is your chance to step into a role that offers ownership and autonomy while making a real impact on the shop floor!What You''ll Be Doing:Programming and Setting: Operate and programme 5-axis CNC machining centres to create intricate components.Optimisation: Utilise Siemen controls to develop and enhance machining programmes for maximum efficiency.CAD/CAM Mastery: Leverage your skills in CAD/CAM, particularly Fusion 360, to work from 3D models, engineering drawings, and GDandT.Tool Selection: Choose the right tooling, fixtures, and cutting data to ensure optimal performance.Cycle Time Improvements: Prove out new jobs and actively drive enhancements in cycle times.Problem-Solving: Diagnose and resolve machining and process issues as they arise.Continuous Improvement: Support initiatives that enhance quality, safety, and overall shop floor standards.
