We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Miller/Operator for a manufacturing company based in Camberley, Surrey. They are looking for someone on a temporary basis to cover sickness

ABOUT THE JOB:

As a CNC Miller/Operator, you will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC milling machines, primarily Haas and Matsuura, ensuring high-quality production in accordance with technical drawings and industry standards. Working with minimal supervision within a small team, you will contribute to the efficiency of the production process, adhering to safety protocols and quality requirements such as ISO 9001:2015. The role involves both online and offline programming using OneCNC & Edgecam software, with a focus on precision and optimisation of manufacturing output.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Significant experience in CNC milling, programming (3, 4 & 5 axis Fanuc control systems), and machine operation.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience with CNC milling machines, familiar with both online and offline programming.
  • Proficiency in using OneCNC & Edgecam software for programming and setup.
  • Toolbox with necessary tools and measuring equipment.

This is a 4-week contract position paying £18.50 per hour, with potential to extend
