An opportunity has arisen for a CNC Miller to join their team. THE ROLE• Machining components in accordance to the route card and technical drawings• Assisting in the fitting of components• Identifying the operations which need completing from the drawings issued• Operating/setting/Programming CNC milling machines in accordance to customer specifications and company standards• Identifying the required speeds and feeds as per each component requirement• Correctly positioning the component into the CNC machine, with the assistance of lifting equipment if necessary(In house training will be given if no experience)• To be responsible for your own quality; measuring first-offs before proceeding with any additional machining with hand measuring equipment such as verniers and micrometres• Establish tools required for each task and ..... full job details .....
