      <description>Location: Didcot | Salary: &amp;pound;35000 - &amp;pound;40000/annum Benefits Package | Type: Permanent | CNC Miller   A skilled multi-axis CNC machinist is required for a rapidly expanding precision engineering company in South Oxfordshire.  You will be setting and operating 3, 4 &amp; 5 axis milling machines, working to tight tolerances and ISO 9001:2015 standards.  The customer base is broad and well established, including Nuclear, Space Technologies, Medical, F1 and many other demanding industries.   Job Requirements   A wide range of candidates will be considered, ranging from Setters and Operators through to experienced CNC Machinists and Programmers.  Good communication skills are key and the willingness to learn and develop.   CNC programming (EDGECAM/FANUC  Quality inspection experience (including CMM) is a strong plus.)  An engineering apprenticeship or NVQ/City &amp; Guilds are desirable but not essential.   Experience with working with a variety of materials, working to tight tolerances, along with the ability to use your own initiative, is also important   General      Standard 37-hour week - early finish on Fridays     Overtime and weekend work is available and paid at a premium rate.
