      <description>Location: Poole | Salary: &amp;pound;38000 - &amp;pound;42000/annum | Type: Permanent | CNC Miller - Programmer, Setter, Operator   We''re looking for an experienced CNC Miller to join a specialist precision engineering business. Our client is a well-established engineering manufacturer producing high-quality, precision components for a range of demanding industries.  The successful candidate will be responsible for programming, setting and operating CNC milling machinery, working to tight tolerances and ensuring components are manufactured to the required standards.   What''s on offer    Salary: -38,000 - -42,000 DOE  Hours: Monday to Thursday (7:00 - 16:00) &amp; Friday (7:00 - 12:00)    Key responsibilities    Program, set and operate Mazak CNC machining centres to manufacture precision components.  Read and interpret detailed customer engineering drawings and specifications.  Determine the most effective milling methods and machining processes for each component.  Write and edit Mazak and ISO CNC programmes.  Select appropriate cutting tools, inserts and machining conditions.  Carry out first-off inspections to ensure components meet the required specification before production runs.  Create, store and maintain CNC programmes.
