The successful candidates will benefit from ongoing training, development and genuine career progression opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesSet and operate CNC machines in accordance with engineering drawings, specifications and company procedures.Ensure all work is completed to the required quality standards.Program machines and prepare jaws, parallels, jigs and fixtures for production runs.Produce first-off components and support prove-out activities alongside Production Engineering.Run production batches in line with standard operating procedures and routing instructions.Machine a range of materials including alloy steels, nickel-based alloys, super alloys, stainless steels and duplex alloys.Interpret engineering drawings using both metric and imperial measurements.Carry out in-process inspections using a variety of measuring equipment.Work closely with Engineering, Production Control, Inspection and Maintenance departments.Utilise computer systems to load programs and record production activities.Support ..... full job details .....
