Elevata are currently recruiting for a-CNC Miller Setter Programmer-on behalf of a well-established precision engineering company based in-Coventry.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CNC machinist with-strong HAAS milling experience-who is confident-setting, programming and operating-CNC milling machines.

The Role

  • Programming, setting and operating-HAAS CNC milling machines

  • Producing precision machined components to engineering drawings

  • Editing and optimising programs at the machine

  • Selecting tooling and setting offsets

  • Working to tight tolerances within a precision engineering environment

  • Carrying out self-inspection using gauges and measuring equipment

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a-CNC Miller Setter Programmer

  • Strong experience with-HAAS milling machines

  • Ability to-write and edit programs

  • Ability to read and interpret-engineering drawings

  • Experience working to-tight tolerances

Salary & Hours

  • -20 per hour

  • Day shift

  • Overtime available
