Job Title: CNC Miller Setter Operator Location: Telford Salary: Up to £42,000 per annum (Including shift allowance) Shift: Double Days (6am 2pm / 2pm 10pm) Benefits: 33 days leave including 8 Bank Holidays, Pension: 4% company pension contribution, employee to contribute 5%, 4 times death in service, up to 2 years critical illness cover, Employee Assistance Programme, Discount Portal CNC Miller Setter Operator Role:The CNC Miller setter operator will support production and processes for aluminium components are optimised, reliable, and efficient. This hands-on role is responsible for proving new programs, setting and operating 5-Axis milling machines. CNC Miller Setter Operator Responsibilities:Operate and maintain 5-axis CNC machines, ensuring optimal performance.Prove new CNC programs and commission fixtures and cutting tools.Monitor dimensional reports, adjust offsets, and improve process capability.Develop and maintain process documentationCollaborate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance to resolve process issues.CNC Miller Setter Operator Essentials:Proven CNC machine setting experience within fast moving production environments.Skilled in 5-axis high-speed machining of aluminium.Competence in G and M code program editing (preferably Siemens controls).Strong understanding of tooling and fixture design principles.For more information on the CNC Miller Setter Operator role or any other technical engineering position contact Ewan at Stirling Warrington. ..... full job details .....
