MTrec''s new career opportunityOur client are specialists in their industry sector, they are looking to recruit a Multiskilled CNC Miller on a permanent basis.Please note this position will be working a permanent backshift, the hours of work are 14:30-00:30 Monday to Thursday.The Job you''ll doCNC Miller - Setter/Operator, with 3, 4 and 5 axis experience to set and operate CNC Machines with Heidenhain and Fanuc control systems.Setting, and operate 3, 4 and 5 axis CNC mills.Hand Deburr and fettle detailed componentsQuality checking own work.Troubleshoot and make adjustments to offset coordinates.Read and understand technical engineering drawings.Be able to read understand CNC programmes, using machine interfaceUsing our manufacturing system to be able to check material availability, part requirements, part routings and issueOperate within a 5s manufacturing cell environmentAbout YouEngineering apprenticeship/City and guilds / NVQ''s / National tech certificate engineering.Thorough experience in multi axis CNC machine tools milling.Must be a proactive team player, with a positive ''can do'' attitude.Must be able to setup and operate CNC mill machines.Knowledge of Heidenhain and Fanuc controls.Minimum of 3 years in a similar role.The Rewards and the BenefitsPermanent position.4 day working week, Monday to Thursday 14:30- 00:30.Excellent salary £33,473- £43,037.28 (including shift allowance). ..... full job details .....
