Key Responsibilities of a CNC Miller Setter Operator Set up and operate milling machines and associated equipment safely and efficiently. Produce components in accordance with technical drawings, route cards, and work instructions. Carry out tool changes, offset adjustments, and machine parameter settings as required. Conduct quality checks using appropriate measuring and gauging equipment and ensure all documentation is accurately completed. Maintain and improve 5S standards on the shop floor. Participate in routine maintenance and Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) activities. Identify and highlight opportunities for process and efficiency improvements.
