The company has been operating successfully for over 26 years and specialises in high-precision machining work, predominantly supplying the motorsport, Formula 1, and gearbox sectors. Due to continued growth and increased workload, they are looking to strengthen their machining team within their modern, air-conditioned facility. This is a family-run business operated by two brothers, offering a stable and friendly working environment with excellent staff retention - several employees have been with the company for many years. The Role Setting and operating HAAS CNC Milling machines Working across 3-axis, 4-axis and 5-axis CNC Mills Editing programmes at the machine when required Producing precision-machined components to tight tolerances Working from engineering drawings Maintaining high quality standards across all work produced Supporting production requirements across a busy machining environment The company currently operates: 3 x HAAS 5-axis CNC Mills 2 x HAAS 3 and 4-axis CNC Mills Hypermill programming software Offline programming support is in place, allowing machinists to focus primarily on setting and operating duties.
