As a CNC Miller, you will benefit from: Four-day working week, Monday to Thursday, 39 hoursOvertime available on Fridays from 6:30am to 12:00pm, paid at x1.5Core working window of 6:00am to 6:00pm, with required attendance between 8:00am and 4:30pm195 hours annual leave plus Bank Holidays, equivalent to 25 daysChristmas shutdown from 22nd December through to New YearAdditional shutdown in May, using annual leaveSick pay of 4 hours per day at full pay after one year of serviceOne annual pay review per yearA stable, long-established Aerospace manufacturer with a strong reputation for quality and retention As a CNC Miller, your responsibilities will include: Programming, setting and operating horizontal CNC milling machinesManufacturing low batch, high-precision Aerospace componentsWriting, editing and proving programs using Fanuc controlsWorking from detailed engineering drawings and route cardsCarrying out self-inspection to strict Aerospace quality standards As a CNC Miller, your experience will include: Proven experience ..... full job details .....
