We''re seeking a skilled machinist to join a dynamic production team, manufacturing high-spec components for the aerospace sector.About the RoleAs a CNC Miller, you''ll be responsible for machining small batch, high-precision components using a variety of CNC machines and controls. You''ll work with exotic materials such as titanium, Jethete, and nickel-based alloys, ensuring all parts meet strict aerospace standards.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate CNC milling machines to tight tolerances on fixture-based work.Read and interpret complex engineering drawings.Work with various CNC controls (Heidenhain, Fanuc, Siemens).Use manual measuring equipment (micrometers, internal/external gauges).Handle aerospace components with care and precision.Maintain a clean and organised work area.Support machine maintenance and TPM checks.Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.Person SpecificationProven experience in CNC milling across multiple machine types.Strong understanding of Health and Safety practices.Good numeracy, ..... full job details .....
