A leading precision engineering company based in Warwickshire is looking to recruit a CNC Miller Setter/Operator/Programmer for a permanent position.
Known for their high-spec CNC machining capabilities and investment in top-quality equipment, they manufacture components for a wide range of industries including automotive, motorsport, rail, and oil & gas.
This is a replacement hire due to an internal move, and you''ll be joining a well-established team under the supervision of the Shop Floor Supervisor.
The role is primarily based on an FS4 milling machine, with programming carried out at the machine.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Programming, setting, and operating CNC milling machines using Fanuc and Heidenhain controls
- Producing high-quality, precision components to tight tolerances
- Working from engineering drawings and liaising with internal teams when needed
- Ensuring machine efficiency and maintaining a clean, safe working environment
- Proven experience in CNC milling with strong Fanuc and Heidenhain programming skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work well as part of a team
- Someone who takes ownership of their work and is proactive in solving machining challenges
- Salary: £30,000 - £35,000, depending on experience
- Hours: 7:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Wednesday, 7:00am - 3:00pm Thursday (Fridays off)
