What You''ll Be Doing

• Programming, setting, and operating 3, 4 & 5-axis CNC milling machines
• Interpreting engineering drawings to produce precision components to tight tolerances (-20-m)
• Creating setup and tooling documentation to ensure repeatable, high-quality results
• Inspecting and qualifying your own work using measuring equipment and quality reports
• Working independently to meet deadlines without compromising quality
• Supporting and training team members where needed
• Identifying time and cost-saving improvements
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised working environment

What You Bring

You''re experienced, reliable, and take real pride in your work.

• Strong CNC milling experience (ideally 5+ years)
• Confident programming and operating 3, 4 & 5 axis machines
• Proficient with Heidenhain controls (Fanuc a bonus)
• Able to read engineering drawings and work to tight tolerances
• Experience with machines such as Doosan, Matsuura, or Mazak
• Comfortable inspecting your own work and owning quality
• Positive, proactive, "can-do" attitude

Bonus points if you also have:

• Apprenticeship background
• Experience machining large components (up to 2.5m)
• Overhead crane or manual handling training (training available)
