CNC Miller Programmer (Days) Dudley £16-£18 per hour Monday to Thursday 8:00am - 4:30pm / Friday 8:00am - 3:30pmThe Role We''re recruiting for an experienced CNC Miller Programmer to join a well-established manufacturing site in Dudley.This is a hands-on role where you''ll be responsible for: Programming, Setting, and Operating CNC machines Milling and Boring components Working with Heidenhain controls (essential)Key Responsibilities Program, set, and operate CNC milling machines Carry out medium to large-scale milling and boring work Read and interpret detailed engineering drawings Work to tight tolerances and machining standards Inspect and check your own work using measuring equipmentSkills and Experience Proven experience in CNC Milling (Programming/Setting/Operating) Strong background in medium to large milling and boring Experience with Heidenhain controls (preferred) Fanuc knowledge beneficial Confident reading engineering drawings, including: o Machining symbolso Toleranceso Geometric tolerances Experience using measuring equipment:o Micrometerso Slip gaugesWF Tech are responsible for placing skilled and in demand people on both a permanent and contract basis into the Precision and Advanced Manufacturing sectors, from skilled Machining Personnel and Specialist Engineers to Supervisory and Management positions.
