You will be working on one-off and small batch projects machining components manufactured from aluminium and plastics.Offline CNC Miller Programmer Responsibilities:Program, set and operate 3-5 Axis CNC milling machinesOnline programming using Heidenhain and Siemens control systemsOffline programming using Hypermill and FeatureCam softwareManufacture bespoke and low-volume precision componentsCarry out in-process inspection and quality checks to ensure components meet specificationOffline CNC Miller Programmer Experience:Previous experience programming, setting and operating 3-5 Axis CNC milling machinesStrong control experience using Heidenhain and SiemensProven offline programming experience using Hypermill and FeatureCam softwareAbility to read and interpret complex engineering drawingsExcellent understanding of machining processes, materials and tight tolerancesFor more information on the Offline CNC Miller Programmer position, contact Ewan at Stirling ..... full job details .....
