CNC Miller (Programmer / Setter / Operator) - Fanuc - VMC Location: Lincoln (LN5)Pay: 15.00- 18.50 per hour (DOE)Hours: 40 hours / week Mon-Fri 07:30-16:30 Gi Group are recruiting for a CNC Miller (Programmer / Setter / Operator) in Lincoln, LN5. The role will involve programming, setting and operating a variety of CNC Milling machines. Key ResponsibilitiesProgram, set and operate CNC milling machines (VMC)Program on Fanuc controls (essential)Read and work from engineering drawings/specificationsManufacture wear parts such as screens, hammers, holders, knives/counter knives, flails, anvils, wear plates, concaves and other heavy-duty componentsMaintain quality and safe working practices Essential Skills / ExperienceProven CNC milling experience as a programmer/setter/operatorFanuc programming experience (must-have)VMC experience preferred (will consider any CNC Miller if Fanuc programming is strong) Benefits25 days holiday + bank holidaysStandard pensionSick payOveralls and safety boots providedProgression opportunity toward Machine Shop Team Leader as the machining function grows Interested?Apply today with your up to date CV and a member of the Gi Group team will contact you.
