CNC Miller Programmer Setter Operator

Mazco Recruitment are proud to be representing a leading precision engineering company in West Byfleet who are seeking an experienced CNC Miller Programmer/Setter/Operator to join their growing team.

Due to a strong order book and increased workload, our client is looking for a skilled machinist with a background in aerospace manufacturing and the ability to work to the highest tolerances.

The Role:

• Programming, setting and operating CNC milling machines.

• Working on DMG Mori or Bridgeport machines.

• Using controls such as Fanuc, Siemens or Heidenhain.

• Producing precision aerospace components to tight tolerances.

• Interpreting engineering drawings and ensuring high-quality standards are met.

The Candidate:

• Proven experience as a CNC Miller Programmer/Setter/Operator.

• Skilled in programming with Fanuc, Siemens or Heidenhain.

• Previous hands-on experience with DMG Mori or Bridgeport milling machines.

• Aerospace machining experience with the ability to achieve tight tolerances.

• Able to work independently, with strong attention to detail.

Package:

• Day shift role (no nights or rotating shifts).

• Up to -25.00 per hour, depending on experience.
