It is committed to quality, precision engineering and continuous improvement.About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced 3-Axis CNC Milling Programmer, Setter and Operator to join a precision manufacturing team producing high-quality optical components.The successful candidate will be responsible for programming, setting and operating CNC Milling machines to manufacture delicate components to extremely tight tolerances. Attention to detail, good technical skills and a commitment to quality are essential.Key ResponsibilitiesProgramme, set and operate 3-axis CNC milling machines.Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.Machine precision components to tight, micron-level tolerances.Set up machines, select tooling and check machine settings before production.Produce first-off components and carry out regular quality checks during production.Use precision measuring equipment, including CMM, to inspect finished components.Clean and inspect components for scratches, chips, damage or ..... full job details .....
