      <description>Location: Reading | Salary: &amp;pound;40000 - &amp;pound;50000/annum | Type: Permanent | CNC Miller    About the Role   My client seeking an experienced CNC Miller / 5-Axis Programmer to join their growing precision engineering team manufacturing complex, high-tolerance components for Aerospace, Defence and Formula 1 customers.  The successful candidate will have strong experience programming and operating 5-axis CNC milling machines, ideally Hurco and/or Mazak, with advanced CAD/CAM programming capability using hyperMill. This role requires a highly skilled machinist capable of producing complex components from a range of aerospace-grade materials while working to extremely tight tolerances and high-quality standards.
