Location: Willenhall 

Sector: Aerospace / Precision Machining
Salary: £49,000 - £52,000 (including shift allowance)

Shift: Nightshift - 20:45pm to 07:00am, Monday – Thursday, 39 hours

A well-established precision machining company operating within the aerospace sector, is seeking an experienced CNC Miller to join their production team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Programmer Setter Operator to work on complex components within a high-precision, quality-driven environment.

The Role:

• Program, set, and operate CNC milling machines to manufacture components in line with customer requirements and engineering drawing specifications
• Read and interpret cutting patterns to maximise stock utilisation and minimise waste
• Handle products in accordance with quality and health & safety standards
• Maintain accurate documentation and stock control records
• Support the training and upskilling of other operatives

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience programming, setting, and operating CNC milling machines within a precision machining environment
• Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Sound knowledge of a range of metal raw materials
• PC literate
• Familiarity with Heidenhain control software (desirable)
• Counterbalance mechanical handling licence (desirable)
• Machine maintenance skills relevant to equipment used (desirable)
