Looking for a Skilled CNC Miller We are seeking a skilled candidate with experience of multi axis CNC Machining, and Quality inspection including use of CMM Your duties include: CNC Machining, and setting Operation of 3,4 and 5 axis CNC milling machines. Performing CMM inspection and production of inspection reports when required. Using initiative to improve quality/throughput etc Working to scheduled lists Operate within a S''s manufacturing environment and to ISO 9001: 2015 Quality standards EXPERIENCE: Demonstrable experience of CNC programming is desirable - EDGECAM FANUC or similar but not essential Experience of working with a variety of materials to tight tolerances Thorough experience of multi axis CNC machining Use of inspection tools (able to perform 100% inspection) and CMM desirable Thorough experience of reading and interpreting component drawings and instructions Working to high quality standards Qualifications Engineering apprenticeship desirable National Engineering Technical certificate NVQ''s or City and Guilds General We operate a standard 37-hour week (4.5) days, with opportunity for overtime, weekend and shift work which is paid at a premium. ..... full job details .....
