CNC Miller / Turner Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire Hours: Monday Friday, days and afters rotating 6-2/2-10 Salary: £28,500 £33,500 per annum, depending on experience We are currently recruiting for an experienced CNC Miller or Turner to join our client s precision engineering team in Bradford, West Yorkshire. We are interested in candidates at different levels, from CNC Operators through to Setters/Operators and Programmers, with salary reflecting your level of experience and skill. The Role You will be responsible for setting and operating CNC machinery within a precision engineering environment. Programming experience would be advantageous, although we are also interested in experienced operators and setter/operators. Key Responsibilities Setting and operating CNC milling machines. Producing high-quality components to engineering drawings and specifications. Working accurately to tight tolerances. Carrying out quality checks on completed components. Ensuring machines are set and operated safely and efficiently. CNC programming, where applicable to your level of experience. Maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Essential Skills and Experience Previous experience in CNC milling setting and operating. Experience working within a precision engineering environment. Knowledge of Fanuc, Siemens, Heidenhain or similar CNC controls. Strong ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
