As a CNC Miller Operator, you will be responsible for operating CNC milling machinery and producing precision components to the required drawing, quality and production standards.

This is a hands-on role suited to experienced CNC Millers who are confident working within a precision engineering environment and understand the importance of producing quality components efficiently and consistently.

• Operating CNC milling machines.
• Loading and unloading components.
• Following CNC programmes, engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Making offset adjustments where required.
• Monitoring machining processes and identifying any issues.
• Carrying out in-process and final inspection.
• Using precision measuring equipment to ensure components meet specification.
• Identifying and reporting quality or machining issues.
• Working to tight tolerances and aerospace quality standards.
• Maintaining accurate production and quality records.
• Working efficiently to meet production requirements without compromising quality.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.

We are looking for experienced CNC Miller Operators with a minimum of 2 years'' relevant experience.

You will ideally have:

• Minimum 2 years'' experience working as a CNC Miller Operator.
• Previous experience operating CNC milling machinery.
• The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Experience making CNC offset adjustments.
• Experience using inspection and measuring equipment.
• A good understanding of machining processes.
• Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused approach.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Aerospace experience would be advantageous, although strong precision engineering experience will be considered.
