CNC Miller Operative

The company are a well-established manufacturer of high-end products in the Elland area and are looking to for an experienced CNC Miller to join them due to continued growth. The CNC Miller will be responsible for: Setting and operating a number of multi axis machining centres Programming from scratch and editing (Siemens and Haas controls) Working directly from engineering drawings Advising on possible means of process improvement within the machine shop and other areas of the company The CNC Miller will have: IDEAL NOT ESSENTIAL: Formal qualifications within a relevant discipline, Mechanical Engineering/Machining (Apprenticeship, NVQ, BTEC, City and Guilds Level 3 etc.) Worked as a CNC Miller, Machinist Engineer, or Technician previously within a precision engineering or machine shop environment Worked with Mazak and Hass would be adventurous What is offer to the CNC Miller: Salary £16-18p/h dependant on experience 7.00am-5.00pm Monday to Thursday 4 Day working Week Permanent opportunity 31 holidays including bank holidays Free on-site parking Staff Discounts ..... full job details .....
